The ‘I’ll take care of it’ service

Website and management software, done for you

You can set LyamFlow up yourself, but it takes time: writing the price list, choosing photos, sorting out opening hours, working out where everything goes. If you don’t have that time, I’ll take care of it: I set up your business’s website and management software, and then I keep them up to date.

CHF 290 once, then CHF 39 a month · the LyamFlow subscription is separate, and stays yours

What you pay

My work on one side, the software on the other.

  • LyamFlow subscription, yoursfrom CHF 0

It starts with a free consultation.

The two items of the service, and the subscription that stays separate.

What ‘done for you’ means

It means I do the setting up, and you get the keys: a website that’s live and management software that’s ready, with your business already in it. You get on with your work; when something changes, you write to me and I change it.

I’m William Argintieri, and LyamFlow is my business: no agency, no switchboard, no handovers. The person who sets up your website is the same person who built the product, and who knows where every switch is.

The setup: CHF 290, once

This is the work at the start. I begin with what you tell me in the consultation and what you send me — the price list, the photos, the opening hours — and I put everything else in place:

  • Your business Name, address, contact details, opening hours and closing days, written once and read by the website, the software and the bookings.
  • Services, menu and prices The price list with durations and prices, or the restaurant’s menu, ready in the software and on the website.
  • Photos and copy Your photos in their place, and the website copy written and proofread: who you are, what you do, how to get there.
  • Bookings and the QR code The booking page switched on with the right rules for you, and its QR code ready to print.
  • The website you already have If you have a website and want to keep it, I add LyamFlow’s booking form to it; if I don’t have access, I prepare the code for you and tell you where to paste it.
  • The Google Business Profile Your Business Profile on Google with opening hours, photos, description and links to the website and the booking page. If you don’t have one yet, we set it up together.

At the end, the website is live, the software is ready and the QR code is ready to put up. They stay yours: you can open and change them whenever you like, on your own too.

The upkeep: CHF 39 a month

After the start, things change: a price, a dish, summer opening hours, a week’s holiday. With the monthly upkeep you write to me, and I do it:

  • menu, price list and prices updated when they change;
  • new photos in place of the old ones;
  • opening hours, holidays and closures, on the website, in the bookings and on the Google profile;
  • the Google profile kept tidy: opening hours, photos, description;
  • small changes to the website copy;
  • basic SEO: page titles and descriptions, written for the searches of people who live near you;
  • a regular check that everything works: the website opens, the booking comes through, the QR code goes where it should.

What counts as a small change, and what is a new piece of work, we make clear in the consultation, before we start.

The service and the subscription are two different things

The done-for-you service pays for my work. The LyamFlow subscription pays for the software: it’s in your name, you choose it, and you can also start from the free website, which costs nothing.

What you spend, in the two most common cases
What you need Once Every month
Just the website, with LyamFlow’s free website CHF 290 for setup CHF 39 upkeep
+ CHF 0 subscription
= CHF 39
Website and management software for one business, on the Basic plan CHF 290 for setup CHF 39 upkeep
+ CHF 29.90 subscription
= CHF 68.90

With more than one business — the Pro plan costs CHF 79.90 a month and covers up to five — the setup is agreed in the consultation, because the work grows with the number of businesses. An address of your own, like salone-aurora.ch, is optional and paid separately: CHF 9 a month.

Amounts are in Swiss francs. LyamFlow invoices the service, with the Swiss QR-bill; you pay the subscription yourself from your LyamFlow account, like any other customer, and before you pay, you can try the software free for 14 days.

How it starts

  • 1. The consultation Free and with no obligation: you pick the day and time on the calendar. You tell me about your business, and we look together at what you need and whether it makes sense.
  • 2. The material You send me your price list, photos, opening hours and whatever you already have. If something is missing, we write it together.
  • 3. The setup I set up the website, the software, the bookings and the Google profile with what you’ve given me.
  • 4. The upkeep From then on, when something changes, you write to me. The website and the software stay yours, even if one day you decide to do it yourself.

Term, cancellation and what the upkeep includes are agreed in the consultation, before we start: there’s nothing to pay and nothing to sign on this page.

Who it’s for

For anyone with a business who would rather spend their time with customers than in front of a dashboard: a salon, a restaurant, a practice, a gym, a B&B. And for anyone who tried on their own, stopped halfway and wants someone to finish the job.

It isn’t for anyone looking for a website designed from scratch, with a look like nothing else: the done-for-you website is built with LyamFlow’s templates. For a bespoke website there’s another route.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a LyamFlow subscription already?

No. In the consultation we work out what you need: sometimes the free website is enough, sometimes you need the management software. You take out the subscription yourself, in your name, and it stays yours.

Are the website and the data mine or yours?

Yours. The LyamFlow account is in your name, and I work in it on your behalf. If one day you stop the upkeep, the website, the software and your customers stay where they are.

Can I still change things myself?

Yes, always. The upkeep is there so you don’t have to, not to stop you.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends mostly on how much material is already ready. We set the timing in the consultation, looking together at what needs doing.

I already have a website someone else made. Do I have to throw it away?

No. You can keep it, and I add LyamFlow’s booking to it. If you’d rather switch, I build the new website with LyamFlow.

How do I pay for the service?

With an invoice from LyamFlow in Swiss francs, with the QR-bill at the bottom of the page: you scan it with your banking app and pay. Nothing is paid on this page.

If you’d rather do it yourself

Let’s talk, with no obligation

An hour, free, on a day of your choosing. You tell me about your business, and I’ll tell you honestly whether the service is right for you, or whether the free website is enough.
