For anyone who sees people by appointment

The management software for your business

Clients, calendar, services, takings and reports in one place — and in the language of your trade, not that of software designed for a different one. A fourteen-day trial, no credit card.

What is business management software

It’s the place where the four things that today live in four different places come together: who your clients are, when they’re due, what you did for them and how much they paid. Once they’re together, you stop piecing things together from memory and start knowing.

Almost every small business works like this: the paper diary on the counter, phone numbers in the address book, prices in the head of whoever has been there longest, takings in the drawer and a spreadsheet someone updates on Sunday evening. None of these pieces is wrong on its own. The problem is that they don’t talk to each other, and each one can only be looked at by one person at a time.

The cost isn’t the mess: it’s everything you can’t do. You can’t call back the people who haven’t been in for eight months, because you don’t know who they are. You can’t tell which service earns you the most per hour of work. You can’t let someone else answer the phone, because only the person who writes the diary can read it.

Eight modules, because ‘client’ doesn’t mean the same thing to everyone

When you sign up you say what trade you’re in, and the software changes its vocabulary and its tools. A physiotherapist sees patients, visits, treatments and courses of treatment. A hairdresser sees clients, appointments, services and packages. A restaurateur sees covers, tables and menus. It isn’t a different label on the same screen: the fields and sections change too.

The eight modules, and what changes in each
Module Who it’s for What it calls things
Food and drink Restaurants, pizzerias, bars, farm restaurants Covers, tables, rooms, menu, orders
Hospitality Hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, holiday lets Guests, rooms, nights, arrivals and departures
Salons and wellness Hairdressers, barbers, beauticians, massage therapists Clients, appointments, services, packages
Practices and health Dentists, doctors, physiotherapists Patients, visits, treatments, courses of treatment
Sport and classes Gyms, yoga, schools, driving schools Members, lessons, courses, memberships
Jobs and repairs Plumbers, electricians, garages, builders Customers, jobs, work items, vehicles
Practices and professionals Lawyers, accountants, architects, agencies Clients, meetings, cases, properties
Animals Vets, groomers, dog boarding kennels Owners, animals, visits, treatments

It looks like a cosmetic detail, and it isn’t. Software that asks a dentist ‘how many covers?’ doesn’t get abandoned because a feature is missing: it gets abandoned because whoever opens it realises, within three seconds, that it wasn’t made for them.

Your clients, and what you know about them without having to remember it

Every person has a record: contact details, free-form notes, the history of everything they’ve booked and spent, the documents you’ve attached. Whoever answers the phone sees the same things you do, and doesn’t have to ask anyone.

What it’s for, in practice

  • Spotting who has already cancelled three times, before giving them Saturday night
  • Knowing what treatment they had last time, without leafing through the diary
  • Seeing who hasn’t been back for months, which is the most profitable call-back list you have
  • Sending birthday wishes, where it makes sense to collect birthdays

Your records are yours and stay yours. They aren’t shared with other businesses and don’t feed any portal: LyamFlow sells a subscription, not your client list.

Appointments and bookings, taken even while you’re closed

The calendar shows the day as it really is: who’s coming, at what time, for how long and with whom. The same slots can be opened to the public, so clients book from the website or their phone without calling, and what they book lands straight in there.

Every service on the price list carries its own duration: if a colour takes ninety minutes, the system will never offer a forty-minute slot. That’s the difference between an online diary and a contact form dressed up as one.

Online bookings deserve a page of their own — confirmations, availability, double bookings, reminders: it’s all in online booking software.

Price list, packages and takings

Services are entered once with their duration and price, and from then on they’re in charge: the duration decides the available times, the price goes onto the bill without anyone retyping it. Packages — ten sessions, a monthly membership, a course of treatment — count down on their own as they’re used.

Takings are recorded where they happened, and at the end of the day the closing report tells you what went on: how much came in, from which services, how many people came through, who didn’t turn up. It’s the figure that usually gets pieced together on Sunday, and here it already exists at seven in the evening.

The things that happen on their own

The automations in honest management software are few and boring. They’re also the ones that give back the most time, because they take away the little tasks nobody ever remembers to do.

  • The confirmation to the client Goes out on its own when the booking comes in, with the day, time and address. Nobody has to remember to reply.
  • The available times They’re worked out from the length of each service and who’s on shift. Not a handwritten list that goes out of date.
  • The end-of-day close At a time you choose, the shift closes itself and the report is saved, even if nobody has opened the software.
  • The website that updates itself Opening hours, price list and bookings on the public website read your data: change them here and they change there, with no second edit.

The website isn’t a separate product

Every business on LyamFlow can have its own public website, built by AI in five minutes, with the price list and booking already connected. The first site is free even without a subscription — it’s the management software you pay for, not the shop window.

How it’s made, how much you can change and where it goes live is covered in website creation with AI. If your business is in Switzerland, there’s also a page for the Swiss market.

What it costs

Frequently asked questions

My business isn’t on the list of modules. Will it still work?

Yes. There are eight modules but many more categories, and each one is matched to the module most like it; anyone who doesn’t fit anywhere picks ‘Other’ and gets the general set-up — clients, calendar, price list, takings — which is what most businesses need.

Do I need to install anything?

No. LyamFlow is a website: it opens in the browser on your computer, tablet or phone and works the same way. There are no updates to download and no need for a computer left on in the shop all day.

Can I run more than one business from the same account?

With the Pro plan, yes, up to five, and you switch from one to another without logging out and back in. Each business has its own clients, price list and website: the data never mixes.

What if my clients are already in another program?

Your records can be imported from a file, and whatever is in LyamFlow can be exported whenever you like. No data is held hostage: that’s what makes the fourteen-day trial a real trial.

Is it certified healthcare software?

No, and for medical practices that’s an important distinction: the health module is the diary, the patient list, what was done and what was paid. It isn’t a clinical record and doesn’t hold coded diagnoses, prescriptions or structured reports.

What happens to my data if I stop?

They stay yours and you export them. They aren’t sold, don’t feed any booking portal and don’t end up in a database shared with other businesses.
