Management software for every business
Clients, appointments and bookings, services and price list, staff, payments and reports: everything you need to grow, without complications.
One system, every trade
The problem
The work isn’t lost where you do it. It’s lost in the five minutes when nobody knows any more who is arriving, where they should go and who you have already served.
Only one person can read that handwriting. If they’re on holiday, the evening starts with a phone call to their house.
→ 40 minutes a day just deciphering it
Whoever books by phone can’t see who just booked online. At 8:30 pm there are two clients and one slot.
→ a guest who never comes back
Nobody knows how many slots sit empty every Friday, because nobody has ever counted them. That’s money that shows up nowhere.
→ up to 15% of appointments lost
Whoever calls while you’re working reaches nobody. And whoever reaches nobody books with someone who answers.
→ bookings lost outside opening hours
How many clients, which service earned most, which space was working, when the peak arrived. Questions with no answer.
→ decisions made from memory
The solution
Drag the divider. On the left, yesterday. On the right, the same day inside LyamFlow — the screen is the real one from the app.
Every trade
Pick your trade and watch what changes: the menu entries and what things are called. A dentist has no clients, they have patients; a gym doesn’t sell services, it sells courses and memberships. This isn’t a colour theme — it’s the software speaking your language.

Features
Every section came from a real question asked by someone running a business. No module exists to pad out a feature list.
When, which resource, the contact details, confirm. The client only sees times that are genuinely free: a slot appears if and only if a resource of the right size is free for the whole duration.
You drag tables, chairs or workstations where they really are, add the rooms, rotate by 90°. It’s the same map the client sees when choosing where to sit.
Two people never take a slot for four. The rule lives in one place and applies everywhere — in the database too, so it can’t be worked around.
Every booking stays in the app and also lands on your business’s phone. Automatic, or with a button for the client.

Points, stamps, cashback and VIP tiers. Balances recalculate from completed bookings: never a double credit.
One deploy and one database carry as many businesses as you want: spaces, hours, branding, colour, rules and public site are per business. Every record carries its business with it and Postgres Row Level Security enforces the boundary — not a convention, the database saying no.
Dashboard
Open the app and in three seconds you know how it will go: how many bookings today, how full you are, who is about to arrive and where.
Spaces and resources
Green free, red taken. You drag a table, a chair or a workstation where it really is, join two for a group, split them at the end of the day. Everything saves as you go.
End of day
One button and the shift becomes a permanent snapshot: takings, clients, average spend, best space, top-selling service, peak hour. Computed from real data, not estimated.
Who uses it
We had three notebooks and a WhatsApp group. Now there’s one screen and the evening starts at seven, not at six deciphering someone else’s handwriting.
The floor plan is what convinced the waiters. They see the room as it really is, not a list of numbers.
The end-of-service report showed us Thursday earned more than Saturday. We changed the rota accordingly.
They book at two in the morning, while we’re asleep. That alone paid for itself in the first month.
I run two venues on the same account. I switch venue from the sidebar and everything switches: room, hours, colours, site.
Guests ask for the loyalty stamps themselves. I’d never seen anyone ask for a loyalty card before.
The WhatsApp message lands before the guest hangs up. That’s all the floor team needs.
Zero training. I showed the screen once and the next day everyone was using it.
